From 2023 to 2025, the job market has been particularly challenging for fresh graduates. Many students, despite excelling in academics and technology, find themselves without job offers. Several reasons contribute to this:

  • Economic slowdown and market conditions.
  • Limited hiring for freshers, especially through off-campus placements.
  • Companies delaying onboarding even after offering jobs during college placements.

In my case, although I received a few good opportunities, I wasn’t onboarded due to these challenges. Since graduation, I have applied for over 1,000 jobs, often spending 4-6 hours daily filling out applications with no success.

This experience left me wondering: What if I had spent this time building my own projects or startups?
